We want you to love your new ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all PUBLIC bikes and gear in original condition. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we are here to help with a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging; for bikes, ensure all protective padding is secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
